Swiss Contemporary Architecture In Wood

Swiss architectural firm Architects Nimmrichter CDA are the creators of this unusual design in Switzerland home of wood on the outskirts of Zurich, Switzerland. And while the tree house can use traditional materials, contemporary architecture is cool. A strong horizontal presence is anchored to the roof line and model wood panel finish panel. The minimalist structure is decorated with windows, but nothing clean lines and doors. The interior is wooded, with a sophisticated refined edge. The wood is used as the main component to finish the floors, walls and the main staircase leading to upper level of the private sector. Wide balconies with sliding glass walls open to the outside.
